The penstock repair and rehabilitation project involves surface preparation and lining installation on a 20 degree sloped penstock, using robotic equipment and minor hand blast/spraying. The company is removing the existing coal tar and applying a heavy mil 100% solids plural component epoxy, a durable and high-performance coating system.
